Feels like Xabi is this summer or probably never. Iraola will get a big job somewhere and emulate Simeone minus the shithousesary but like Simeone needs footballing Spartans to die for him where as BlueCo are more drawn to footballing Eunochs. Cesc probably would like to coach us someday but confident there'll be multiple other opportunities in the future.

Also if Enzo can be abit Billy Big Bollocks behind the scenes because he's got a World Cup winners medal.then both Xabi and Cesc can open their treasure chests,match and raise with the same and much more.

Xabi or Cesc would be fine with me. Only downside for me would be a continuation of a aspect of our play that can make my brain bleed,The emphasis of playing it out from the back. So would mean a major overhaul from our defense for it to atleast not drag us down as it has.where as if we wouldn't be prepared to overhaul and needed to get the best out of what we got.then Iraola would be a better fit.

Pedro did a Pele in Escape to Victory wonder goal and Colwill came out of his first game of the season unscathed. About the limit of anything positive from that shit show. none of the starting back 4 should start again this season.

Cesc wouldnt win too much respect for what he's done as a coach thus far but he has the charisma and due to his skill and experiences as a player and captain he knows what it takes to be a top player. Iraolo has more coaching experience,good record developing talent and generally getting the maximum out of players,good balance between nurturing and tough love.also I thought previously he would just go back to Spain.but I've read he actually has a desire to stay in Prem and relocate to London. Those 2 I think would be the best we could get. Silva seems an option but despite an upgrade over majority of recent hires. Despite his much longer experience he is the king of the low expectations family clubs.

The chances of getting someone who would instantly command respect are slim.maybe Cesc due to his playing career. Iraola would with some but would need more control than just being trainer tactician to get the whole squad on side. Before the seasons over we need to trim the fat at Sporting director and go back to one or two at most and that they just support the manager in finding talent not so much control.would personally wipe the slate clean there. If it's done before the end of season.maybe more proven managers could be persuaded to increase the available pool to us. Iraola hasn't won anything but when a tier 2 stable of base talent playing in a 3rd tier stadium are established Premier league side challenging who they are in the Prem in April that's pretty impressive. I read one of the things the senior players were pissed with Rosenior over was his treatment of JA. Iraola would be great for Josh.

Rosenior gotta go .it's not all his fault but he's not the solution. It's bad whenever players quit on their coach but many of our modern age legends were guilty of that too. The ones that are quitting are the ones that have been shown too much faith by LR . Acheampong,Sarr,Santos are 3 we could use now and in the future but they being blanked during this shit show.

Keepers having the ability to use their feet (only when truly need to) is a good thing.and against "park the bus" teams it's a worthwhile tactic to use when we struggling to get through after 30 plus minutes ,draw some players out of shape. But this trying one shoe to fit all shit is doing my head in,it should be rarely used tactic not every fookin' game.coaches present and past have good football IQ but their obsession with this tactic is insanity. 73 minutes in we looked like at minimum going back to the bridge to finish them off..now we need a miracle..we can score 3 against them and we have the penalty takers to beat them but even if our defenders and keeper play out of their skins this dumb tactic will cause a goal or two conceded.

Overall I'm quite happy with him but his over use of just one superlative to basically describe every single player we have,can begin to grate.. I do think he has some good qualities tho and has a different and better mindset than Maresca.

Lavia is the same as Fofana really.when fit a starter but shouldn't be counted on for more than a 5th option in a position that has 2 starters.Caicedo,Enzo,Santos and James being ahead of him.

Nah.only reason we play back 3 is way we have been already,with a full back moving into midfield and the other staying with CB's,when we are attacking.we don't have the right players at other positions to use a back 3 like Conte and Tuchel.

Quite sad situation really.last season he showed enough to warrant some faith in him for growth into more but Yul Quitter brainfarts him into a foreign position that made him look useless. then we blow 100m on 2 players for his position that aren't yet and may never be upgrades. Pure profit to then blow more than the amount we get.

I agree.Cucu is obviously better than Hato at this time but he would have struggled making up for Garnacho's Sunday league with a rum hangover type performance.

Being a feeder club certainly has a short expiry date and it's getting close to that with Strasbourg.the multi-club model used by other clubs appears a lot less savage than ours. BC should buy/invest in other clubs so we aren't always ripping the same team apart.

Hato and Acheampong would play on edges of a conventional back 3. But in other areas we don't have the right players for that further upfield.

Be interesting to see if the Arsenal game plays into his selection in regard to likes of James and Fofana.i think it will so going off they won't start I'd go with Sanchez,Acheampong,Chalobah,Badi,Cucurella,Caicedo,Santos,Palmer,Enzo,Gittens,Pedro.
