I do agree with Ultra Blue/BadBoy. It's not his fault, as WHS said. But that wasn't UB's point. A total cock-up at the club, and the thing is, Ferreira has all the tools to be a coach. But why keep him on as a bloody player? I like the guy, he seems humble & kind. But at the end of the day, we're not paying him a ton-load to do all that.

I think Torres keeps to himself a lot at Cobham. All speculative though.

Very sad to hear. Never had the luxury of seeing him play live, he was before my time. From everything I've seen from replays & from what others says.. This guy really was one of the best whoever did it.

Indeed. Everyone's saying "José's spine needs to leave" and we're seeing it happen. Bar Anelka, who's not a Mourinho signing, it means we'll bring in 3-4 players who will be André's own, and probably have less wage demands. Replacements need to be carefully sought out, no more established players (Sheva, Torres etc). More players who are young & still an extraordinary talent (like Mata.).
