What do mean like we did v Valencia and City? We beat Valencia 3-0! City we absorbed pressure because of their attacking strength but got them on counters. Well I believe they call it 'parking the bus'. You can pay them what you want, but if the opposition defence is solid then we can't say they should've done more, if they're already trying! You saw what it took for us to even score 1, a fantastic ball from Ash over their heads with Sturridge doing some good work to control it. Aside from that we could barely breakthrough, it was that type of game. We are not so strong that we can break down every defence, yet.

And then everyone complains he's been played out of position if he has a bad game. Either way it's all André's fault.

Drogba will not becoming complacent when the occasion is there. It's like Alex says, when Torres is rubbish he disappears from games! He doesn't bother to get involved, he'll make a run now and then, lose out and drift out. Drogba, on the other hand, will keep pushing and giving defenders hell.. Even if he's playing badly, he still gives defenders a nightmare. Certainly not one to risk the mood of Torres in.

Don't play that card! Your criticisms of André are fine to debate, but I know you are of the same opinion it was an unforced error by Cech that shouldn't have happened no matter the situation.

And we didn't because of Cech's error, not André's. That's how I choose to see it, personally.

It's fair, and maybe it sounds like I'm making any excuses I can.. But Carlo and André are different, I still prefer André though. Their youth policies may be different, but I maintain trust in André's judgement.. If that means he thinks McEachran isn't quite there yet, then I maintain an element of trust instilled in him.

Kalou > Romeu He took off a DMF and put on a winger. Now people say that we were sitting back, if that's the case then this substitution cancels this myth out. Mikel > Mata Mata did not play well. So now that we're 1-0 up, it make sense to make sure we're not too exposed at the back and that Mata does not burn out. Malouda > Sturridge As you will recall, minutes before this, Sturridge took a knee to his back. He was grounded for a few minutes and with about 80 minutes gone. It makes sense. I hope you can be open minded about these substitutions.
