I agree with others, his English is surprisingly good for a 60-year old Italian and I'm sure he will be able to pick up more very quickly since he's at such a good level already. Also comes across as genuinely likeable character. Can't wait to see the team playing 'his football'!! Btw, is it just me or does he sound just like Zlatan

It's also more effective to back an attacking coach because that extra quality can actually make a huge difference. In defensive teams this is not always the case. Just look at Mou's United, they could probably put Messi, Modric, Griezmann and Mbappe in that team and still play shit on a stick football
