The problem is who is a clear upgrade on Santos at CMF/DMF and also is both available and not too old for BlueCo to buy? Here are the players I rate as clear upgrades and some on the borderline strike-throughs either are not available or are too old for BlueCo to buy italics are questionable as to IF they are actually for sale bold are my only real targets and all will be crazy expensive, even likely Ayyoub Bouaddi Pedri Federico Valverde Declan Rice João NBy Vesper
