I was talking to me mate, and against Wolves I said even at 3-0 up I can never feel confident we can see the game out, it's relevant every game for us. And as for Palmer amongst other things, not all the time but most of it he's lost his first touch, I was fucking raving watching the ball bounce of his foot, he's so badly regressed he had no reason to look pissed off being subbed, he deserved it.

Buying youngsters to sell on makes good business sense but not football sense. You need a balance of youth and experience. United’s kids of '93 were only successful because they came through the youth set up together and they still had experienced leaders to help. We have none of that. But as long as this makes money the owners won’t care.

The players partying and relaxing for a few days shouldn’t fucking matter against Burnley at home. We created a dozen chances good enough to win that game and they choked or scuffed their lines. If we had sleepwalked through that with zombieball and our players still looked hung over that’s one thing. Then you could say the mini holiday was a factor.
