In intense Derbies like this or rivalries in general I believe teams shouldn't switch sides at half-time. The away side should play on the side of the away fans for the whole match. I say this because Courtois can be literally stranded in front of abusive Real Madrid fans for half a game and have loads of stuff thrown at him while play is happening up-field, as could any other keeper.

I'm not saying anything disrespectful against cech, I love him. (no homo) but the point is none of you have seen as many matches of both goalkeepers as i did. And, mark my words, within 20 months courtois will be the better keeper.

Courtois experience is underrated: 2 years spanish league (this year best goal keeper), euro league final, champions league,, belgium titel, cup etc

I agree he is a quality keeper but to say he will be the better keeper is a bit rash. Because Cech is a world class keeper. Courtois is getting better but Cech is not declining. He pulls of saves you can't imagine. His save from Hernandez was one of the best saves I seen. I don't think there is much between them. Like I know you are saying Courtois will be better because he is younger but for a keeper Cech is still very young and still is a key player.

If I was Courtois and chelsea proposed to me to play in a bottom 5 team in the PL, after winning the best keeper in la liga award, qualifying for the CL and winning the Europa league I'd politly tell them to fuck off and enforce a transfer to FC barcelona who are more than intrested.

But, I like your point here though. Well said. Don't think I am having a go at you for your praise of him but if you saw us over the season, Cech has bailed us out so many times and is the main reason we are the UCL holders.
