I have to LOL at fucking Manure.

They are whinging about Dybala's 'outrageous' wage demands

He is only asking for £190K per week, which isn't even that much of a raise (he makes close to £150K per week at Juve)

meanwhile those thick cunts are paying that rotter Alexis £500K per week to sit in the fucking stands

Messi (just for comparison) makes 1.7 MILLION QUID PER WEEK at Barca

Ed Woodward is at another level of numpty

Shitty have been really quiet the past 2 years

Only 2 real players purchased, Mahrez and Rodri, £50m net spend and £25m net spend.

Granted this window is not over.

They don't need anybody. Rodri is a Fernandinho replacement. They don't need replacement for kompany. They can play Fernandinho/walker/Rodri  there as 4th CB.

What, seriously? Just his basic wage?

yes, and they are going to offer him a new contract (his runs out in 2 years) that keeps him there until he is 36 at even more

https://bleacherreport.com/articles/2819956-lionel-messi-tops-cristiano-ronaldo-antoine-griezmann-in-lequipe-rich-list

Barcelona maestro Lionel Messi has the highest wages of any footballer in Europe and earns close to double that of Cristiano Ronaldo before tax, while Antoine Griezmann ranks third on the rich list, according to L'Equipe

The French newspaper (h/t MailOnline's Sam McEvoy) published an annual salary report breaking down the biggest monthly wages in European football before tax. Messi rakes in £7.3 million per month, while Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo is closest to the Barca phenomenon on £4.1 million per month.

BARCELONA are reportedly set to tie Lionel Messi down with an incredible new contract - which will keep him at the club until he is 36.

The Argentine icon, 32, who allegedly earns around £1.7million per week at the Nou Camp, is in the final two years of his current deal.

it sounds insane but he has brought in billions in revenue to them over his career

so they are way ahead anyway

Walker yes (which I am sure is why they are going for Cancelo)

the other 2 no (plus Fernandinho will be 35 by season's end, he cannot keep going at this level)

if they are relying on him as a CB back-up, they are mad, he played there 3 times in his last 10 plus top flight seasons, and one of those (2 years ago, in a back 3) he got lit up by Shakhtar Donetsk (his main club before MC) and Shitty lost that CL game

Rodri has never played at CB in a game in his pro career (even going back to 2014 when he was Segunda División B Grupo 3)

always a DMF, and earlier, 3 or more years ago occasionally a CMF

4th choice cb. Last year our 4th choice CB (cahill+ampadu) barely played.

They have Laporte + Stones

After watching charity shield, I don't see anything new but it is very difficult to improve these kind of team. City got Rodri who is better than Fernandinho on the ball. Pool got ox and lallana back who are better on the ball than Henderson, wijnaldum and fabinho.

It should be another two horse race next season.

4th choice?

If either Laporte or Stones goes down or needs rest (they will) they have a massive drop off. Teams do not get by with only 2 CB's. Otamendi is a disaster waiting to happen. Mangala is even worse, he is a Championship level CB at best. I absolutely stand by my postulations. Walker is who I would go with as the 3rd CB option, not even close, especially if they have Cancelo to run riot at RB.

If I am so wrong, then explain why Shitty are out trying so hard to grab another CB.

Mark Clattenburg slams Premier League referee for looking "eight months pregnant"

https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/mark-clattenburg-slams-premier-league-18838688

Mark Clattenburg has laid the boot into Premier League referee Jon Moss - by saying he looks "eight months pregnant".

Clattenburg has openly claimed that he is not a fan of Moss both on and off the pitch following their time working together in the PGMOL.

The former European Championship and Champions League Final ref also claims that he never saw eye-to-eye with Martin Atkinson - and that he was delighted to beat him to biggest appointments.

Clattenburg quit the Premier League in 2017 having officiated in the league for 13 years.

He became one of the most highly-rated officials in the game and was subsequently given the biggest matches.

Leroy Sane is maybe out for the year (and maybe fucked in terms of top form for a long time, same injury as Van Ginkel, anterior cruciate ligament)
