I like him to be honest, blends traditional and modern approaches to football together perfectly. Not looking forward to our visit there.

Chris Wilder seems to be a lot better than the more mundane English/British managers like Pardew, Allardyce, Hughes, Moyes, Pulis, Bruce etc.

Surely, surely we have 3rd in our grasp?

Chill, Tomo. We're still in October (winter hasn't come!). If we're still in this position come January, then you could say we look a good bet for Top 4. Until then, best not get carried away just. We were doing alright at this stage last season and looked safe for the Top 4 but ended up crawling into it (partly) because the other sides all crumbled at the end.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR, just saw those 3 VAR's that FUCKED us in terms of the race

Chris Wood of Burnley got ROBBED of a goal that would have drawn with Leicester (2nd time in a row VAR has fucked him)

and

You will not see a clearer penalty than when Watford’s Gerard Deulofeu was brought down by Vertonghen and fucking Alli's game drawng 86th minute goal should have been chalked off for handball, clear arm, NOT shoulder

OUTRAGEOUS

FUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK VAR

There's only so long you can watch our three rivals churn out what they're doing before this question is asked by more and more people. Even with our youth and inconsistentcy's we look streets ahead of all 3.

In the seasons - specifically from 2011/12 onward - where we didn't win or challenge for the title, we certainly did not make it easy for ourselves when it comes to finishing in the Top 4, even when the other sides are stumbling. Furthermore, you said it so yourself in the Lampard thread that things can change quickly in football (how many times have we started the season well in the past before things go south after like 2-3 months?). After the first 4 games of the season, we looked nowhere good enough for the Top 4 but 5 games later or after 9 games, we look good for it. All this can change for the worse again if we suddenly drop points here and there while others pick them up. At the moment, not too worried about United but Arsenal and Spurs, despite their problems, still have enough quality in their squad and they shouldn't be ruled out of the Top 4 just yet.

Patrice Evra could not have said it better last night. It's what every average Chelsea, Spurs, United, Liverpool fan would say if given one minute live on TV to talk on Arsenal. A soft club with probably the most delusional fan base in England. They think they are big, but they are not, they are just useless and deluded with an even more unlikeable, Europa League level manager with no charisma at all.

At some point last night, the Romanian commentator said "Arsenal do not even look in the mood to play an 8PM Monday night match against a newly promoted side", sounding like they are 20 points ahead Liverpool and with a match in Munchen coming up in a few days.

Well, if anything, this is a club that should be hungry for throphies because it's what? 16 years since their last major one? They have become completely irrelevant in both PL and Europe, a club with a set of fans with grandiose delusions. They have become an irrelevant club and will stay small and soft. Fuck Arsenal FC!
