Paper talk was all about how excited Rubin is to work with Mount in his system, see how long that lasts, could definitely see him sitting on that contract for years and not going to play football somewhere sadly. Money money money. For all of Reece's failings with injuries and such, you can't help but think those that jumped ship, for the most part, are regretting that now with the group of lads we have.

Virgil van Dijk won't face disciplinary action from the Football Association following an incident with Newcastle United's Anthony Gordon 

Commentating on Amazon Prime, Clive Tyldesley mentioned that VAR had reviewed the incident for a potential red card. However, the officials at Stockley Park decided that the incident did not warrant a red card.

Of course he gets away with it - imagine if it had been one of our players elbowed Gordon in the face off the ball
