TheHulk 2,444
Should've bought Hojlund instead of all those no name Brazilians. Now we will end up with a bang average and overpriced striker in the summer. Edited February 18, 2024 by TheHulk

Laylabelle 9,534
Man U were written off way to early and to much drama made about their crisis. May have had some dodgy results but in the race for top 4..only 5 behind

He has managed to get them back on track multiple times now after repeated streaks of embarrassing results. Many manager would have bitten the dust already. On the flip side it prevents them from making another big break and possibly coming back stronger. It’s good the rest of their operation is so fked up so they won’t be a title candidate anytime soon. nyikolajevics 2,698
Hogdson resigned, so we really played his last game a week ago. Perhaps won’t be back, but who knows, West Brom or Notingham can get in trouble next season.
KEVINAA 129
Just for the LOLs tuchel when sacked or steps down. Crystal Palace should give the job to tuchel just for the LOLs. Coaching/managing any available premier league club in London that needs a new manager, he should take it. It’s not open anymore, never been open. Hogdson stepped down as agreement has been reached with Oliver Glassner, who won EL witch Frankfurt 2 years ago. robsblubot 3,595
Hopefully another stinker by Haaland. I already think he's not that great on the ball--his main virtues lie with off-the-ball movement and finishing--but that performance against us was incredibly bad. 😅
Laylabelle 9,534
Said before and still think the same it won't be Citys title...either Liverpool or Arsenal and hard to call out the two as both on fire atm...more likely Liverpool
Thor 2,701
Why do defenders slip and fall constantly against City? Legitimately more than any other team. Stay on your feet ffs.
robsblubot 3,595
Because their quick passing causes defenders to have to change direction often, which makes it more likely that they will lose their balance. City's attacking players are also pretty good in changing direction at pace esp FOdden.
Thor 2,701
Haaland was running in a straight line. Guy just slipped.

Our result against them was far from impressive It really wasn't (esp considering Haaland performance) if we had a solid team, say anything similar to the team that beat them in CL final (Haaland or not don't really care), at which point I'd agree with you that then the manager would have likely played a big part. With this roster? It was a big result considering the difference in quality of the starting XIs and even more so the players sitting on the bench. Kovacic was sitting on their bench, for ex. Our best attacking player is a 20yo who they decided to let go. Let me put it this way: regardless how we feel about the result, Poch moved farther from a sack, not closer, after drawing there. If he wins against Liverpool, much more possible now without Salah (and Jota) IMO, he will stay for sure.
