Wonder if Reece James will be played in CM for England? He will certainly be a massive upgrade on the current options.

Only question mark will be if he can maintain a high level switching between RB for club and CM for country.

lol at Manure fanboys who said they got the new van Dijk in Maguire

we are so fucked at CB, as Keane is far worse than him

Tomori should start

Hopefully the reports around Rice to United for big money is true as well, what a waste of money on these English players bar the few exceptions like Sancho.

I hope we buy that 15yo Northern Irish MF from Linfield, Charlie Allen, he looks the real deal potential atm, and offers 5 years or so down the road future prospect

I hope I never see Rice and Henderson in a double pivot again, as long as I live

Rice and Henderson sound like a shitty 70's double act like Little and Large telling mother in law jokes :). My mother in law I'm not saying she's big but she asked someone if they could see her across the road, see you across the road I could you see you a mile away luv :D

OLIVER HOLT - CHIEF SPORTS WRITER:

Under the aegis of the Glazer family, Manchester United have become a giant, suppurating mess of a football club. Blinded by the pursuit of cash, the club fleeces its fans and rakes in record revenues even as the team flails.

The idea Old Trafford remains a Theatre of Dreams has become a joke.

For some time, it has played host to a pageant of the mediocre and the dire.

As United flounder in mid-table and approach the latest staging post in their fall from grace with the visit of reborn Liverpool next Sunday, speculation continues to grow about the future of manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and his replacement if he is fired.

You've heard the names: Julian Nagelsmann, Massimiliano Allegri and Mauricio Pochettino have all been mentioned as candidates.

It is said that if United lose to Jurgen Klopp's side at Old Trafford next Sunday, Solskjaer fears he will be sacked by the club's hapless executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward but, amid the chaos at the club, one truth remains.

That is that it is Woodward who should be sacked. The truth, actually, is that he should have been sacked, or moved aside, long ago.

Everyone keep talking about Woodward. I don't think he is the football decision maker. So why is he responsible about united result?
