Do we not think that IF we was NOT interested in him then Conte would just come out and say so to stop all the questions.

Instead he says his normal

‘I think it’s disrespectful for the club, for my players.‘It’s not the right moment to speak about this.’

I think we need agent Cech on the case.

Factors to consider and the obvious ones have been stated already, but let's place in some others...

A winning team

A title winning side

Champions League football

New Stadium soon

Nike deal

The chance to play with elite players like himself

Not having huge upheaval of moving

Playing for one of the worlds best managers

There is just some of the reasons this is very possible, more than possible because I expect us to not even bat an eye lid on 40-50M for him. If he wants it we need to make it happen, he's absolute quality and deserves to be playing football for a top side, and not a side that is a team full of average players with no direction.

I just don't see it. There's a few things to consider on his part:

1. The safety of his family by angry fans if he goes to us

2. Playing for a direct rival, and not just a direct rival in league, but also a direct London rival

3. Whether he wants a change of scenery and to finish his career in France, a country in which he has yet to have played in.

4. Where can he see himself in our team, and whether PSG have more or less need for him than we do.

5. Which club he is capable of achieving the most trophies with. He may feel the Premier League is too competitive to get top 4 or win the league every year.

Just a few things for him to consider going into these negotiations. It's ultimately down to Sanchez and whether he wants to stay in London or not. If he wants to stay in London then it's obvious choice for him to come to us.

Well all the speculation points to him wanting to stay in London. I think he would love to win the PL and hopefully he sees that with us. Also Arsenal fans are the least any player has to worry about mate. There fans are fearless :D

No he couldn't, shouldn't and wouldn't say that. If he said 'no' when it's a no, then whenever he didn't come out and say 'no' people would put two and two together even if he didn't mean them to. If Antonio and the club are serious about not commenting on transfers then they must stick to the plan of not commenting. There are other reasons for not saying 'no' but that's the best one I think.

A. Cole did the same, when Arsenal was 100 times better. Arsenal fans are just sad, I don't think they are that stupid to blame and attack Sanchez and his family for leaving (being it for Chelsea or wherever).

With other points I might agree.

Fun fact: Sanchez is from Chile, but did you know, Chile are more known for their fish than their sportsmen? That's right, nowhere else in the world can you get such a collection to choose from in regards to fish. There's all kinds.

But there's more.

Despite these vast reserves, it is Portugal who are said to cook fish the best. Who knows how they got that claim; they just salt the fish then fry it like any old fish, but it is known. If you go to a restaurant, and you ask for fish done Portuguese style, they'll know. They'll do it. And you'll know it's only better than regular fish due to marketing.

All of this can be applied to football. Our players are the fish, and our clubs are the boats. Let's make sure we only pick those with the perfect meat for our pots, and not fall for the beautiful scales.

What a perfect win now move. We always talk about age and cost etc and I agree, if possible you buy the 24 year old who could be a superstar but sometimes when a player in his prime comes along you just have to snap him up.

I pray we keep hazard because adding Sanchez with Eden Hazard is truly a terrifying prospect, doesnt even matter who the striker is be it Costa/Lukaku/Morata/Belotti all would add something different but having 2/3 who would compliment each other perfectly is a pretty damn good start.

Conte wants to win, win big, and win now. This move sends a signal to everyone that we are here to cause some problems. Lets hope it gets done!

This Italian journalist's words have been twisted, he did said that the Lukaku deal is close, but what he said about Sanchez is that according to the english media Sanchez will play for us, not according to him, although he did said that we are planning a huge summer!

So freaking excited

As a mad keen angler I would go anywhere to catch a fish. But edible fish - best in world is Australia mate. Ive tried to get visas there 3 times now but oh well.

But I get the analogy with beautiful scales. I call them shirt sellers. Like Pog over Konte  Doolally.gif

Tbh I would would like to see Hazard-Sanchez-Bernardo Silva. Sanchez works best as a 9 imo, he doesn't have the best link up play for a winger, but more than enough for a striker. I think that's a better front three than Hazard-Lukaku-Sanchez
