I'd like Carlo to stay =.= After Jose I like him the most. If we make a couple of good signings and recover from injuries I think we can finish 2nd or 3rd in the end. We are short of points, but remember when we were first this season and how much difference it was between Man City, Arsenal and us. Things can still change alot. This season is really going to be tough.

He's not allowed - He doesn't have his coaching badges! That's why he's not allowed to take part in the training sessions either. It's like Carlo says "nothing has changed". Elemano is just there to fill the vacant seat, quite literally!

Hate to burst some peoples bubble, but Zola is too much of a nice guy to manage a Roman Abramovich team. You could say the same for Carlo, but he's won the champions league twice, Zola's managerial portfolio is practically non existent.

Agreed. If we are to appoint him one day, he must find work again. I don't think he can be judged for West Ham - They're a sinking boat. He does have to find a mid-table club which he can keep mid-table, if he finds that kind of club then the experience for him will be fantastic.
