You guys made me laugh this morning, thanks, I needed it after dealing with emails from my mother-in-law.

My favorite line was "Dad says if you stay there four years we might try to come see for a visit. Our time is booked this year."

This from two people who are retired and who just asked us to meet them in Germany at Christmas time for a river cruise (first time we've heard about them traveling at Christmas)!

We have live in Shanghai for nearly two years and only 2 people have visited us. One was here on a business trip and the other was a former student of mine! I know it is a long trip from the US but you'd think someone would be interested in seeing Shanghai and China. Apparently, no one I know.
