I actually feel very confident about this loan. Traore will be the best striker at Ajax this season. If he's lucky enough to avoid injuries or some sort of unforeseen crisis at Ajax, this will end up like case Courtois.

Disagree. I think he's probably the first loanee that I can actually see with a future here. He was already almost ready for the first team so a loan to a top team like Ajax where he'll play every week should only improve him.

I expect him to be a Chelsea player again for sure.

That isn't really dependent on him though when he's gone.

Say he sets the world on fire over there. Would he be content with being a bench player coming back? What if we pick up a revelation in the winter? If Batsuayi takes a bigger step forward?

I don't see him coming back in a serious capacity, although I would love to be wrong.

Make that at least the second loanee  (Courtois)

What about Moses and Cuadrado? I'd be more than happy to play them both.

Think this is for the best tbh.  Good player with some talent but just not quite there yet.  Also seems to point to another striker being signed...Lukaku?

Looks like Conte will play with 1 striker, so we will have Costa, Michy and Remy, plus Eden can play as second striker if we gonna play 2 up top

Remy wont be wearing Chelsea kit if hes still in London this season

Not with the amazing pre season he's had.

And seems obvious another strikers coming whover we get.

He's done at Chelsea though.

Yeah, its disappointing and a shame but I'm under no illusion the boy's coming back.. Back the drawing board. I'm sure it's not long before the "bring back Abraham" calls come through..
