Drogzola 283
I do feel this could be a short-term positive shock for the team. Can see us winning next two games maybe.Make it 3!
LDN Blue 7,903
I was impressed by his bold substitutions. They were brave and they were made at the right time, they paid off.Torres > Sturridge = This made sense. Sturridge wasn't being his top-self and Torres made a good impact when he came on. He was willing to go out wide most of the time, for the needs to the team. He put his own goal scoring ambitions aside for the needs of the team.Malouda > Mata = Mata was being marked out the game. He could make little impact because Napoli stuck to him like glue. Malouda actually did well when he came on, did a defensive shift on the wings and even helped run down the clock. Could've grabbed himself a good assist too.Bosingwa > Terry = Now I have to admit.. I wasn't happy about this at first. I thought 'if anyone's coming on for Terry, it has to be Cahill?'. But fair do's to Robbie, Bosingwa didn't have much time to do wrong and because of Bosingwa's attacking nature, it made sense I suppose. Tunney95 4
I loved his celebratory hug on Torres, thought he was going to knock him out with it! But it's good to see that kind of passion.

Thor 2,704
I don't know if it's just the natural transition of a new manager or what, but I've been very happy with the way we've been playing outside the Stoke game with RDM.Not sure if people will agree with this, but what I've noticed is we're getting better looks on goal, closer to goal, and more opportunities on goal with RDM running the team. I was utterly frustrated watching us with AVB in attack due to the lack of creativity. Though now we look great. Back to creating 5-10 decent opportunities a game. Though I will say, be wary of the manager with three initials. AVB... and now RDM. Is it a sign to get rid of him before we get in too deep? Just kidding. Lets hope he doesn't lose or draw a game all season.
Justin_3d 1,140
A job for Rob Di Matteo has instilled a 'warm feeling' at Chelsea, says Ruud"He has comforted the most influential players and has given them confidence by saying that he needs them." http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/12379/7598106/A-job-for-Rob

Blue Armour 4,439
FROM THE SUN Di Matteo: No problem with Terry's influence:Blues skipper Terry was seen urging Michael Essien to drop back into defence in the thrilling 4-1 win over Napoli in the Champions League on Wednesday. That came just 24 hours after Terry branded claims of senior players running the Blues dressing room as "complete nonsense".Interim boss Di Matteo said: "I've been coaching for some years now as well and I expect everybody to be involved and everybody to help each other on the pitch and the ones that are on the bench, and that's what I believe in."Di Matteo did draw the line at inviting Terry into a coaching position, despite the England centre-backs' desire to manage Chelsea when he retires. The Italian said: "I think he's still too young for that."I can help him with his coaching badges maybe first!"But he's got so many years ahead of him playing and I would always recommend to any players to play as long as they can, because that's the best part of a footballing career."Asked if Terry was a potential manager, Di Matteo added: "I don't know because, when I was playing, I watched around myself and it's really difficult to see who is actually going to become one or not."It depends how life goes and what events happen in your life." Blue Armour 4,439
Really don't see the big deal, Vieira and Keane use to do it all the time but nothing was ever said.I think its more to do with the fact that the current Man utd and Arsenal teams don't have such big personalities in their dressing rooms
