IMHO Heskey fouled Bruma. Heskey was all over Bruma's back:

All in all Bruma seems to be a bit more consistent/mature than Kompany/Boateng at the same age, but all very talented.

He has been poor lately but so has the whole Hamburg team. I think he's the best out of their defenders. Like Cahill with Bolton this season.

Hamburg have the 3rd worst defensive record in the Bundesliga this year, as a unit they haven't defended well so perhaps Bruma is not at fault.

He has been excellent until his injury. Give him a chance.

I thought he was excellent at the start of the season. His form has dropped lately but so have the entire Hamburg defense. We all know he's a good defender, but most centerhalves need good partners in defense to shine. Garry Cahil is prime example of that, I personally never rated him too highly at bolton, but since coming here, he is slowly becoming our most consistent defender.

I'd reserve judgement on Jeffrey untill I've seen him play in decent defense.
