Thats irrelevant to the fact that the Hulk deal does not affect our interest in Jovetic. Hulk is* being bought for the right side, Jovetic is not.

*Of course its not a guarantee that he will join, nor Jovetic.

Sounds like you lost the argument. We can't buy both Jovetic AND Hulk for the reasons I asked you. While you have provided me with no reasoning whatsoever and continue on insisting both Jovetic and Hulk can be bought......

Lost the argument? They play in different positions, therefore one deal is not dependant upon the other. That was my argument, and it still stands. You fail to understand the fact that Hulk is a target for the RW, Jovetic for either the LW/CAM.

Is it really that difficult?

You fail to see we have Mata, Marin, KDB, Hazard for LW/CAM. So we're going to buy a player who will only push others players further down the pecking order? Or are you insisting we buy a 25 million bench warmer?

Again, irrelevant. I give up with you.

Again, not irrelevant. You need to learn that just because you call something irrelevant, doesn't make it so. That is a very childish way to act. I have clearly debunked you argument and it would be advisable you recognise your mistake and not act like a "sore loser".

It is completely irrelevant.

My point: They play in different positions therefore one deal is not dependant upon the other.

That was it, just that. I'm not considering playing time/cost/wages etc. The point still stands and is completely logical. You can question Chelsea's interest in Jovetic all you like, i'm not interested in talking about that. The fact that you've listed players we already have in Jovetic's position kind of proves my point correct. We have players that play LW/CAM, but none on the RW, which is where the interest in Hulk stems from.

If we sign Jovetic, and not Hulk, we still do not have a RW, correct? If we sign Hulk and not Jovetic, we have our RW. If we sign both, we have a true RW (to a degree) and back up for LW/CAM.

I'm not saying we should sign Jovetic, as frankly I see no place for him here, but we are definitely interested, that much can be said. Not for £25m however.

Finally, you've nicely explained your point of view. I understand what you're saying but I am assuming that if we buy Jovetic it won't be to warm the bench, which is why it is safe to assume he would play RW. Thus he would impact on whether we buy Hulk or not. If we do buy both Jovetic and Hulk as well, Sturridge can kiss the Chelsea shirt goodbye.

He can play LW/CAM but I don't think he would be totally comfrotable in RW. However he could grow into that role, I suppose.

At the risk of entering into the war of words, I think that if Jovetic were to be brought it would be instead of Hulk, and it may change the dynamic of how we're looking to shape up next season. I don't see anything wrong with a '3' of Mata, Hazard and Jovetic because I think the potential of all three together over time could be magic.

However my biggest concern is one will have to shape up on the right, particularly when defending, and none have good experience of playing this position. We have spent far too long playing players on the right wing who have never previously played there for significant periods of their career (Anelka, Sturridge, Ramires) and although they have all done admirable jobs, I would love to have a natural RW to give the balance the team needs.

That is why Hulk is still my first choice.
