Van Ginkel isn't a DM.

Still no place for him with Ramires, Lampard, Mikel(for now) and others. Rotation is important but it doesn't need to get to the point where each position got 2-3 players that can play there. Not to mention a bunch of players on loan.

Agree completely, it makes no sense to play a system where we restrict the number of players we can play in our deepest and best position.
