Chelsea vs Wolves

Pretty mediocre performance overall with a few standout individuals. Caicedo, Tosin, Cucu, and Trev were all great.

Biggest positive was how composed we looked second half and didn’t allow Wolves to grow in confidence. But in terms of attacking quality I thought we were poor.

In 4th place despite a bad stretch of performances and clearly a few players out and not at their best.

People acting like our season has been shite.

That holiday stretch should have had us in second or first we lost too many points

It happens. Nothing is guaranteed. We still don't look great but have to turn it around.

I still think we play better against the better teams.

It's the news and such whereby we were second and people took the 'what if' with the title, none of was true. We are what we are, simple as that, points wise not far off last year but time will tell in terms of first half has been great, manager needs transfer support, second half determines how we go. I half hoped we had gone out of the ECL so the board/manager didn't have an 'out' for UCL.

Jackson was woeful as usual tonight, how many times does it need to happen.

Our first league win of the year, and we have our defenders to thank for that. A meh performance which leaves me worried ahead of City at the weekend.

Jackson coasting for most of the game because there isn't anyone else the manager trusts.

Jorgensen should be getting a look in too.

Mehhh they've had wins in their last 5 and we haven't plus it's been a month without a league win..gotta take what we can 😂

Sure, it was a must win, so they did the deed.

I'd not suggest that Wolves plat remotely good football, nor that they are comparable with Fulham and Bournemouth; I call it the way I see it.

Point being that we need to do better against better opposition. (most teams in the PL are better)
