The only way of making the Champions League football is by winning the EL next season. I don’t trust this team and manager anymore.

What the fuck is Maresca thinking by selecting that fucking wanker Jackson??

We need a striker. End of. Jackson is fucking shit. Stop kidding ourselves that he is something he isn’t. Our defence is shambolic. Absolutely shambolic. Fucking ridiculous how much money has been spent and thats the defence we end up with.

I will truly celebrate the day that fraud Jackson is out of this club. Fucking wanker costing us game by game. I don’t care about his relationship with Palmer, he is a pure joke. I would rather play Palmer as false nine than watching this fucker.

And fuck Maresca too for trusting him and selecting him.

Some questionable decisions tonight too from the officials but lets be honest, you concede the goals we concede and miss the chances we miss, you get what you deserve.

Maresca made some hard calls shunting certain players out at the beginning of the season but is now showing a lot of faith to guys who are underperforming/running out of steam/causing us to drop points. Needs to be ruthless to end this rut. Personally wouldn’t start Nico or Sanchez next match.

Nico misses more chances than any player I’ve ever seen in a Chelsea shirt in years. Like on par with Werner probably. He isn’t clinical enough. He is probably playing far too often also - we need another striker to take the weight off his shoulders because he isn’t that guy yet or probably never will be.

worse than Nico's failures, is the way the team breaks down in the second half.

the first halves are very good and the second halves are very weak. it's a recurring thing.

Earlier in the season it was flipped, we'd wake up in the second half. I really can't place my finger on it, probably why I'm not an EPL manager, however it literally looks like we are clueless in the final third. Lavia was very good, two lapse passes that I recall but otherwise the balance with Enzo was pre-injury, shame he had to come off.

We are very good at getting TO the final third then it breaks down.

Exactly and that's how feel after games we've lost when should've/could've had a penalty...we shouldn't have to get that to win! Comes in handy but we don't always score and we need to score from open play.  Can't miss 10 chances then be ooo we didn't get a penalty that's why we lost..noooo!

all of this happens when lavia is absent.
in fact, the drop in results comes with his injury and when he's not on the pitch.

we lose the midfield and we lose control of the game.

enzo can't play with caicedo. the midfield is exposed.

this already happened last season.

Just clinging to 4th..can be 5th tomorrow. City dropped points so that's nice. Potentially bye bye Arsenal if they win as would go 6 ahead of us.

Veryyyyy tight except with Liverpool still but theyre sod all to do with us

Game was carbon copy of the Fulham and tonight at 1-0 at HT I said to my son we will 1-2 down shortly after the break, you can read this team like a book, it's now become comical to me

I said in another thread, I have no sympathy any longer for what we are seeing because we have Brought this on ourselves through cutting corners and dodging around buying a top class striker, but yet spunk wasted money on has beens and no marks

Lavia was pretty poor tonight

as was Caicedo (when he was at fullback mostly)

and as much stick as Noni gets

before his temp fall out

the only game we lost where he played a lot of minutes was Pool

then, after he came back and started to play regular EPL minutes, we lost that fucking Ipswich game (when the slide had already started)
