They alone are as annoying as watching the games a lot of the time - the guy isn’t for me and if the owners had any respect or real ambition for the club, he’d be told to buck up his ideas or already gone. I genuinely wonder if him and Arteta are trying to see who can come out with the most bullshit in pressers/post & pre-match’s in a season. Basically called out the fans in the stadium for conceding a goal a few weeks ago and now he’s saying to trust him, club will be moving in the right direction with him a few weeks later 😂 Edited May 17 by OneMoSalah Fulham Broadway and Reddish-Blue 1

Theres a fashion of Orwellian doublespeak with managers, otherwise known as Trumpian syndrome. Also, any that say 'moment'. ''We had a good moment'' Do fuck off. To be fair, it's not just him though, if the owners actually had ambition for the club, they'd sell off a number of players in the next transfer window. Vesper 30,218
IF (doubtful) Maresca is sacked this would be the ultimate BlueCo hire Will Still, 32 yo, topflight manager in Ligue Un since 2022 (Reims and Lens) Will Still leaves RC Lens with positive result as the team got +1 point compared to last season… …maintaining their level despite selling Khusanov for €40m, Danso €25m, Samba €15m, Frankowski €10m thanks to Will Still’s job and Diego Lopez in the Sporting Direction. Will Still announces he is LEAVING Lens to be closer to his Sky Sports presenter girlfriend after she revealed she has a brain infection following cancer battle Still, 32, has been Lens manager since June 2024 after joining from Reims Belgian-born coach has been linked with a move to the Premier League https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-14723401/Will-leave-Lens-Sky-Sports-presenter-girlfriend.html OneMoSalah
OneMoSalah 8,886
I see this little gurning cunt has his excuse already if we lose the tinpot European cup “Betis got another 48 hrs to prepare” Well if he had managed to do his job and get several results against the lower league teams like Ipswich, Wolves, Leicester, whoever else… we wouldn’t be relying on our last game of the season in the league and he could have used a dead rubber 11 for a few games to get folk some minutes and preserve a lot of players for the final… like Big Ange did across at Spuds (who have now won something before we have with these new owners). He can moan all he wants about this final but ultimately He’s gurning about something La Liga have done for years with the likes of Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atletico & Sevilla when it comes to European semi finals/final games. As if its only something they’ve done for this game. He must be feeling the heat.. good… he has a lot to be held accountable for if we end up back in the Conference or even only the Europa League. Let's see his excuse when they win. Btw focus should 100% be on Nottingham. Most important game in 3 or 4 years for the club. Why is he even thinking about Betis? OneMoSalah 8,886
Sky Sports reporting its very likely he’s safe regardless of how the season ends. And that the owners think he is not a million miles away from achieving the goals outlined to him. If true, my dislike for BlueCo & sporting directors is at a new high. Idiots. The Directors already said that over a week ago, end of the day they need to strengthen the team in a few key areas, any manager will struggle for consistency with this current squad. calculatingInfinity 1,472
Good to see Enzo finishing in CL, and even more reason to give him the trust and finances he deserves to improve the squad. It hasnt been perfect all season, far from it. But also has been some not so great conditions at times. YorkshireBlue and Fernando
NikkiCFC 8,334
44>63>69 progress in points last three seasons. Defense also. Last season we were 12th best defense now 3rd. Only Arsenal and Liverpool conceded less. And Fofana was out almost all season, Lavia big part and he makes huge difference. CF and LW priority. And one CB. Also backup for Cucurella. But we should target for example for LW Rodrygo or Williams not Gittens or Garancho. Fix issues and Maresca won't be a problem at all.
