TheHulk 2,513 Posted yesterday at 18:53 Share Posted yesterday at 18:53 (edited) We deserve him to stay at least 10 more years by how delusional our fanbase is. Many were sucking him dry after CWC pretending he did some masterclass. He is shit and won't change anytime soon, I've said it before this squad isn't that good but this idiot is making it look worse than it is. Blue Armour 4,481
Not admitting to his mistake in the post match. Just going on about how Old Trafford away is tough for any club. As if we were facing off against Ferguson's United. "The reason we removed Pedro & Estavao, is because they attack with 5 players always, and we defend with 4. We can defend with 4, when its 11 v 11. But 11 v 10, we need width and a back 5." Sure, but why not change anything for 30 mins after they went down to 10 men. Mahlo was apparently brought on for Garnacho because, Garnacho was tired, lol. Special Juan 28,204
Blokes a fucking clown I'm sick and tired of him and these fucking idiots at the top of the club From Maresca's shit line ups to not buying a top class striker and top class keeper you are watching the house of cards like we all predicted happen right in front of our eyes. Stats 7,158
Definitely seems to be trying to make a point by bringing on George and not playing our new signings. Seems this is his obvious way of saying, you forced me into this, so this is what I am doing in return. He made it clear that it was board decision to part with Jackson. Why would he bring on George again when he looks so uncomfortable up top and he was meant to go Fulham. Just bizarre. Apart from that Fulham game when he came on and scored last season, he has not looked comfortable up front at all. So yeah, odd from Maresca for keep trying him up there. If he is playing George up top because of the goal vs Fulham then he should be sacked immediately and never employed again. Wasn't he asked the same question in one of the previous games and I'm pretty sure he responded with something like George needed minutes more than Guiu or something along those lines. Alot of his decisions recently seem quite poor. Like with Palmer today, if he wasn't ready to go, why start with him and potentially make his injury worse? Why was The Argie on loan ready on the bench if you know Palmer has a groin problem? Isn’t he meant to be there for that very reason? He must be pissed that we didn’t get Xavi or Fermin.. it’s the only explanation.
Special Juan 28,204
I keep saying it, Maresca is sending fireworks and signal bombs to the board, there will be only one winner, he gets sacked, it's all playing off in front of us, the usual season stand off where the club fall apart like a pack of cards you can see it happening right now

Vesper 30,320
“That is insane” – Frank Leboeuf slams Enzo Maresca decision in Man United defeat https://Chelsea.news/2025/09/frank-leboeuf-enzo-maresca-criticism/ Frank Leboeuf has labelled one decision Enzo Maresca made during Chelsea’s game against Manchester United as “insane.” Chelsea slumped to a 2-1 defeat against United at Old Trafford on Saturday evening, as their wait for a first win at the famous ground since 2013 continues. It was Chelsea’s first defeat of the Premier League season and it leaves them on eight points from five games, and already seven points behind leaders Liverpool at this early stage. Frank Leboeuf not impressed with Enzo Maresca Maresca made two changes from the side which lost to Bayern on Wednesday, with Estevao Willian and Wesley Fofana coming in. In terrible conditions in Manchester, the Blues made an awful start to the game and were all over the place in the opening minutes. The poor start culminated in Robert Sanchez being sent off after just four minutes for taking out United forward Bryan Mbeumo. Maresca reacted by taking off Estevao, and then also took off Pedro Neto and went to a back five, a system Chelsea don’t play. Thing got even worse as Cole Palmer was taken off injured after just 20 minutes, and Maresca confirmed after the game the 23-year-old wasn’t 100% fit. Palmer was given a late fitness test ahead of the game, and Leboeuf has labelled the decision not to take him off instead of Neto as insane. “If you have to sacrifice another forward player, you take off Cole Palmer first [who wasn’t at 100% anyway], not Pedro Neto,” he said as quoted on X.com. “That is insane from Enzo Maresca.” Rough afternoon for Chelsea It was a miserable afternoon for the Blues and Maresca, who left many baffled with his choice of substitutions throughout the game. In the second half with the Blues chasing the game, he opted to bring on Tyrique George and Malo Gusto, with summer signings Jamie Gittens and Alejandro Garnacho left on the bench. It was yet another game in which Marc Guiu was unused, and Chelsea will need a response and a return to winning ways against Lincoln in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday night.
