It's because once you have a solid system in place, you can get away with playing the 'kids' as the senior players know their roles and they can control the game to make it easier for the 'kids'.   I remember back in the day Ancelotti blooding plenty of kids in our cup games, Van Aanholt, Kakuta, McEachran among others.

Still waiting for someone to name a single win by a team as young as ours. I can remember extremely experienced teams winning with lousy managers, but not young teams. They make too many mistakes to win silverware.

Wdym?
Is it because of Leeds that Poch told Mudryk to play from central instead of humping the corner flag?

And actually beeing on fresh legs is one of the reasons our players empties their tank faster.
I talked to a professional physical trainer about this regarding the club i follow in Sweden (AIK) and he explained it something like: The only way to gain competitive endurance is to play alot of games.
You can work out and rest how much you want but it wont put you in the situations a real game does which is another kind of fitness/stamina.

Managers do not tell attacking players what to do. They can ask them to close down a FB or something like that, but once they have the ball they have the freedom to create and play -- that's pretty much everywhere. Perhaps Pep limits his attacking players a bit more.

Same story everywhere 😃. The "evil" Manager makes mistakes, while players get excuses. I for one did NOT think what they did against Liverpool was OK. If I thought they were insufficient before that match, I'm now even more certain of that.

Mudryk's numbers alone are abysmal. Madueke has trouble controlling the football... neither is good enough for Chelsea FC.

How can he still keep Sterling and Jackson on? I know we don't have anyone else buy rather a 16 year old than these waste if lazy bustards

Considering we have that one "ready" attacking player sitting on the bench atm, Palmer. Dunno how he will make 2 subs for the attack tbh.
