Against Villa, they will be without forward Christopher Nkunku, who is recovering from a hip issue, and defender Malo Gusto, but both could be back for Chelsea's next league game against Liverpool on Wednesday.

Broja is so bad he cannot even get playing time when his only rival(who isn’t that great either) is absent for Afcon..

Not a whole lot other options available though, looking at the bench. Would have liked to see Carney instead of Gallagher. Enzo and Caicedo worked quite well without The Undertaker in front of them, if it works long term, Carney can be the missing piece.

Nkunku.. there are no words.. Just get rid of him, this January.. Most annoying and worst transfer ever.. Signed him injured, no announcement for months, been unavailable for half a year, now misteriously missing again for almost a month, even though Poch claimed it’s minor injury.. Really, just sell him and forget we ever had this nightmare signing.

The amount of times we've heard minor injury about players or they are back ahead of schedule only to be again missing for months is astounding.

Odd lineup.

I'd say the only real issue or annoyance is the defence. I get Chilwell has just come back, but we're asking for trouble putting Colwill back at LB again.
