On a serious note that is what a project means. We gave up going after City when we sacked Tuchel and hit the restart button. All the we are winning the league bs was to install some confidence in the young guys. A top 8 finish and a better understanding among the players are the targets for the season. Let’s hope injuries are avoided and we have a bit of luck throughout the season. Keep supporting the lads AND the manager. We can be critical, but not offensive towards out own. COYB!

Problem is that we play like a relegation team atm.

We cant even score against NFO at home ffs

I am crazy worried about Jackson

his confidence must be sub zero

that miss was beyond (or at least equal to) even Werner level

It’s just insanity that we played one system all preseason, looked promising doing so,  and then just completely switched the second the real thing started and not looked back. Is that ALL because of the injury to Nkunku? Seriously, how the fuck do you explain this?

the problem was betting on a lot of youngsters with potential rather than ready-made players

this part was undervalued by the board and they signed too many players at the same time

that January market was horrendous

it's no coincidence that the team never improved after that

Unacceptable on so many levels. What Spurs are doing now is what I've been dreaming on for years. Proper football, 4231 formation all in. I thought that's what we gonna get with Poch and his 4231 but no, he just continues shit pragmatic approach like Conte, Tuchel, Mourinho... I hate it. Spent 1 billion and our subs are two English U21 players, Championship player and player from Ukrainian league. Unreal. Remember when last season respectable journalists said that Potter results won't be judged first couple of years. This was true, only fans outrage made them sacking him so we got fan favourite but even worse manager. Project continues the same way, our owners have this long term plan they don't care about results first couple of years. Just Poch instead of Potter but it's the same. But our fans will never accept this. Hard times ahead.

Broja ‘ s one elite attribute was his pace and that is now gone with his ACL (or rather with his hamstring tendon that they transplanted there) . just look at how slow chilly has become after his ACL surgery

I did not expect some crazy goalscoring season. Or anything special at all.  But this shit show is far below even my modest expectations . It is as if the new management has completely ripped out all heart& soul of this club and killed its mentality. We are now stuck with a bunch of overpriced talented losers with their confidence wiped and the worst possible manager to do something about it.

I'm just looking forward to the excuses.

- We have injuries.

- No Nkunku

- Squad is too large

- Poch just got here

- Mudryk, Madueke, Palmer, and Sterling are shit (despite shit attacks in United score more than us)

 - Team is young

Any excuse imaginable to try and justify this negative football and dropping points against poor opposition.

Next season will be better. Right? Right?

I don’t think so. Can easily see us being mid table for the next 5 years or beyond. Maybe Todd will at some point take the L and just sell us to someone with a plan or some players will emerge stronger out of this prolonged hell but there is no guarantee. We might well be finished fas a top club for decades .
There are just no competent leaders at this club with very few exceptions. Newbie squad, newbie board, clueless managers and the only proven winners on their last leg. Everything else is just here based on luck, circumstance and a couple of decent games but on a mission to collect everything pay check of an insane 8 years contract
