Brazil interim head coach Fernando Diniz said: "Paqueta was on the list. He's a player I like a lot. It's a time for him to resolve these issues. People need time to sort out these issues. He's a player I love." He was booked nine times for club and country last season. Paqueta, who is willing to cooperate in any way with any investigation, says he has not placed any bets himself and is shocked by reports. An £80m deal for Paqueta to join Man City has almost been agreed and could still happen if the issue is cleared up quickly. In the meantime, Paqueta is focused on playing for West Ham. Remember the last time we played Southampton a few months ago he curled one in after one of our players gave away an extremely idiotic fouls right at the end he of our box. Knew the second the whistle blew that he’d score. Honestly, I might be tempted to use the back 3 system again for one more weekend here. Until Lavia is ready next weekend. Aren't they earning enough? Helping some relatives this way? Blackmailed into this? Just addiction? What's the point of risking career for 1000$ return? But I did think Caicedo would be thrown straight in. Not mad about the XI as long as we look as good as we did second half last weekend.
