This club loves giving the journalists the chance to put food on their table. Otherwise, I cannot find any reason why nobody comes up and clears all the speculation.

Or at least says something like "You will hear from us when something happens. At the moment, Antonio Conte is our manager and we'll let you know if that changes". 

They just shut up and let Twitter and the media make Chelsea look like this summer's clown.

I really think you give the club far too much credit mate. 1st you said we would probably show 'respect' to Conte and noy announce Sarri coming in till he was sacked now this.

Now i love the club deeply but if they wanted to show Conte any type of 'respect' they've had mutiple chances while the media and players were slagging him off. All they needed to do was make a simple announcement saying the club had faith in him and had his back. Even if they blinkin didn't It might have made the season so much easier from January.

And what the hells difference does it make on who our manager is to any England/Croatia game??

This shits gone on far too long as it is and it needs sorting or we will be starting preseason with Conte thatts lost any form of 'respect' from anyone apart from some of us supporters.

Please who has any idea when napoli's preseason officially starts? Both the training and matches.

I want to see who will train them for preseason, if they can get away with Ancelloti training Napoli and still not accepting a resignation letter from Sarri. Or they sabotage their own season by still not officially unveiling Ancelloti and use some assistant coach to train the Napoli players to prepare for the season.

I am sure Ancelotti will train them. It is a stupid situation but obviously it is not unusual for Italian teams to have more than one coach under contract.

I was honestly expecting the announcement any time this week because the FFP explnation kind of made sense to me and our preseason starts very soon, but all we got is more bs from Napoli yesterday. I still think we'll get him but now bigger question for us is who will train our team when the preseason starts.

Tell you what, I've no idea how these things actually work but it is becoming pretty clear that marina, whilst attempting to use her business tactics/drive a hard bargain/penny pinch is just routinely pissing club's off and accomplishing nothing except dragging transfer dealings on for a prolonged period of time. Need an actual football person in and have her back dealing with Romans oil

Absolutely! Ever since Marina has been tasked with handling transfer negotiations, every single transfer feels like a saga and the worst part is that we always come out on the losing side. Strictly speaking in terms of player acquisition of course.

Even if they are legally able to keep two managers at the same time, what happens after Ancelloti is officially unveiled as taking Sarri's job, trains the players and the Sarri then brings a resignation letter?

Will Napoli still be able to have legal grounds to reject Sarri's resignation letter then?
