Lets just announce Conte is staying, give the guy some genuine support and funds and let’s change this constant merry go round of managers. Without Sarri coming we are downgrading massively on what we already have. 

I genuinely think this could and should end with Conte staying. Willian can then fuck off to United. Sign a few top quality players and Hazard will be fine. If Tibo wants out then send him packing but get better than Butland. Just say SOMETHING Chelsea board! This is lunacy.

Do you know that us, as Chelsea fans are being treated deplorably by the club. Rumour and counter rumours have been flying around for weeks now about our managerial position, and the board and Mr Abrahamovich have said diddly squat.All sodded off to warmer weather and couldn't give a rats arse about us.  Without us, this club would be nothing but we are not worthy of a few words from them to confirm or deny all the rumours. We are allegedly one of the "Big 6" but acting like the club that is preparing for mid-table mediocrity for the future. Manager not being backed, potential new managers being messed about, players being told there wont be any more contract talks and they can sod off, star players not being given the assurances they ask for in order for them to stay.. Sunday league sides have more direction than us at the moment. I am sick and tired of this merry-go-round and pissed off that nobody from the club has spoken out to placate us, the fans, who after all are the life blood of the club.

Com'n  Chelsea board, tell us what is happening, tell us what direction the club is going to take and give us some glimmer of hope for the coming season. We pay towards your f@cking wages so we at least deserve that much.

It has all gone a bit crazy so quick. 2 weeks ago win FA Cup.. Conte prob gone but not a problem as manager lined up.. Now who knows!!! Roman visa issues... Stadium not happening though less of a biggie atm and who knows what the manager situation is... Then transfer window.. Prob sod all done in that... Next season is gana be looooong at this rate

If it is going to be Blanc and not Sarri then I still prefer this over keeping Conte.

The club has seemingly been a powder keg all season waiting to explode. The relationship between Conte and the board seems irreparable to me. It's like two people who cheat on each other and get back together. The trust is gone. And we all saw last year an unmotivated Conte is no good for the club.

I've said on a previous post, I would prefer Sarri but Blanc's CV holds up pretty well. It comes across as a boring option but it's actually probably a more sensible option. 

He comes from the old Barcelona school of playing after his time there. His team is built on dominating possession but a balanced approach to attacking and defending. I would liken it more to Poch and Spurs than Klopp and Liverpool. One thing to note is that even his Bordeaux team that won the league were the best team in France during his tenure for possession and other attacking stats.

Sarri is the exciting option but there are big question marks over the squad makeup to execute his tactics from Napoli. Blanc would bring a more attacking style than Conte which would be pleasing but in a more considered way that would probably actually suit the squad.

I'm still intrigued by Sarri like most are, but I wouldn't shit all over Blanc.
