Yes I agree I think Neto is one we need to get rid of. I was wanting him gone last summer but he helped a lot, and he still does.

But I just think that is his ceiling, and is best to get the best money we can while he still at that level.

Also agree with Cucu he still is good and Hato still not sure. Hato might come good but is good to have the experience of Cucu in the team, as we need experience as well.

Gittens I am willing to give more time time, agree on the rest.

The reason I'm willing to give time to Gittens is because he is young, Caicedo was very bad first season as well Cucu.

I would wait for another season with Gittens to decide.

we can not afford giving opportunities like that to a shit player. he needs to go.  we need to choose between garnacho and gittsens. both can't stay with us next season

They sold Diarra to Sunderland for 30 million.    Panichelli will have a choice of clubs assuming he wants to test himself elsewhere.

We might own Strasbourg but that doesn't mean we can sign all their players.  Would just lead to a UEFA/FIFA investigation and transfer ban.

Really? We’ve done 12 deals in the last calendar year. Wheres the investigation or transfer ban? You do it right & at fair market value, they cannot do anything.

If we are really interested in any Straosborg player/coach we would get it done… like Sarr, Emegha, Rosenoir. Doesn’t mean we want to sign every player Strasbourg have or that we will get them cheap. We have first refusal effectively. In the case of Diarra, who knows what happened but we already had Caicedo, Fernandez, Lavia, Santos in those positions. Suppose it depends on the players but would say we have a huge upper hand.

Countless players signed like Sarr, Emegha, Panichelli, Barco, I’d imagine they were identified & signed by BlueCo for Strasbourg to move through the multi club model to come here at some stage. Would you not agree?

My only concern with Gittens is that he looks just as raw as Tyrique George and we sent him on loan to Everton.

Caicedo/Cucurella took a little time to settle but again they had PL experience from Brighton.

I don't see how we carry both Gittens and Garnacho next season and then we very likely have young Quenda coming into the first team squad as well.

I agree with the point but what i'm saying is, I wouldn't be shocked if Panichelli or Barco or Moreira end up at other European sides as there will definitely be interest in their services come the next transfer window!

Garnacho looks ok but also looks like he doesn’t have another level to reach. He looks like a player who has already reached his potential.

perhaps, but he is still only 21yo

time will tell

the 4 best (IMHO) right-footed left wingers who are even remotely available are all going to be frightfully expensive (£80m to over £100m perhaps) and IF Vini Jr leaves RM, he will be closer to £150m (and would likely never come here anyway)

Kenan Yıldız
Bradley Barcola
Morgan Rogers (and he is not a pure winger)
Yan Diomande

after those 4 (all of whom are super hard pulls) I would say the next best (again they must be somewhat available) would be:

Rafael Leão (having a great season return per minute wise (10 goals and 2 assists in only 1450 minutes, but he soon turns 27yo, in June)
Nico Williams   (insane wages though)
Anthony Gordon
Rodrygo    tore up his knee ACL
Said El Mala   (bonus - he is ambipedal) 19yo, 20yo in August, 1.87m tall, tracking to a 3500 minute return of 24 goals and 12 assists for 1.FC Köln
Iliman Ndiaye (but he is 26yo now and turns 27 towards the end of winter next season, plus prefers RW despite being a right-footer)
Malick Fofana
Kevin Schade
Jesús Rodríguez
Assane Diao
Jean-Mattéo Bahoya
Dan Ndoye
Antonio Nusa
Ibrahim Mbaye
Crysencio Summerville
Matías Fernández-Pardo

loose ends:

Cody Gapko has regressed a lot, and Mason Greenwood (who is having a crazy good season) is not an option due to the assault and battery/rape madness

the great unavailables at LWer (including a few AMFs (in italics) who are righted footed and do play at times at LW AND also I list Mbappe as he is the best left winger on the planet atm when he plays there, and along with CF Harry Kane and RWer Lamal is DEFFO one of the top 3 players overall, as Håland has went limp lately)

Kylian Mbappé
Vinicius Junior (may, may leave, although I doubt it)
Jamal Musiala (injured still and more of an AMF or SS type than a pure winger)
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia  ambipedal
Désiré Doué    (pretty much ambipedal and deffo can play LW as well)
Raphinha    (the rare lefty who prefers LW)
Florian Wirtz  (I still think he comes good, but is more of an AMF than a LWer, although he, like Musiala, can play both)
Luis Díaz
Fermín López
Antoine Semenyo
Jérémy Doku
Marcus Rashford (Barca is buying him perm)
Dani Olmo

Caicedo definitely struggled in that initial few months of joining but he then showed genuine quality later in the season and was a beast. Gittens showed maybe a couple of flashes so far and will not get the chance to do so again this season with this injury. The only reason we won’t be able to give up on him is because 1, he was so expensive so nobody would give us our money back and 2, he will be coming off of a serious injury. We’re stuck with him next season unless he goes out on loan.

Garnacho from the start we knew what we were getting. He’ll frustrate the hell out all of us, he’ll look shocking some games and super effective other games, and he’ll put up decent numbers just like he did at Man United. So no chance he is sold. He’ll always be a decent option to have in the squad.

The most expendable wide attacker therefore is obviously Pedro Neto. Thing is, I’m not sure I’d sell him either nor do I think the club/manager will want to either. For a large part of this season he has been our best winger and is a manager’s dream in that he works his ass off. If a huge offer came in we’d probably sell if he wanted to go but I don’t think we’d push him out.

My guess therefore is that our only wide attacker “signing” taking into account everything I’ve just said will be Quenda. The idea that this club will go huge on a world class, £80m+ LW and then have 2 £50m ones on the bench seems super far fetched to me.

This would also be dependent upon us qualifying for UCL next season.
If we somehow fall off and don't get 4th/5th and end up in Europa next season, I would expect players to be sold to balance the books for UEFA.

Keen to see what happens with Forest to end the season as I'd love a CB like Murillo to join us in the summer!

🔵🗯Speaking to sources, I sense that Rosenior feels that Jorgensen is the one that is more comfortable coming out of his box more often.

Within Chelsea, I don't think they feel there is a lot of difference between Jorgensen and Sanchez.

Whoever starts in the next league game will be interesting.

The arrival of Mike Penders in the summer could also complicate the goalkeeping situation.

👀💥It feels like Chelsea's mass recruitment will start to slow down, starting from the summer.

I don't think there will be loads of signings.

Chelsea will be thinking about not blocking pathways and who they could also bring from Racing Strasbourg.

️Quenda, Anselmino, Penders, Satpaev, Emegha and Denner are also arriving.

Can Denner play further forward? With Cucurella and Hato established for LB it doesn't seem likely that there will be enough opportunities in that position to make it sensible to keep him at Cobham. Unless it's thought he could get minutes elsewhere on the pitch.

All in all, he is surely set for a loan to Strasbourg or elsewhere isn't he?

He can, yes.

I read that Denner is moving to Strasbourg in the summer because Chilwell wants to return to England and most likely will.

Denner would play as the regular left-back at Strasbourg.
