Special Juan 28,141
Uruguayan striker Edinson Cavani (32) introduced him to #PSG the 'Transfer Request'. #AtléticoMadrid got stuck in a rejected offer of 10M € , #Chelsea plans to offer 14M € + 2 in bonuses and #ManUtd Still meditate if you go for the player. Parisians ask for 20M € .

Nah. If Messi and Suarez can still keep on going, it's gonna be really tricky for Werner to fit in. I mean Griezmann is kinda struggling to fit in right now and they still have Dembele around. Barcelona's prime target would be Neymar. If we can't get Werner, I hope he joins someone other than one of our league rivals!

We obviously need to make sure we finish in the Top 4 first and foremost or otherwise, we can forget about signing him. If we do get Top 4, we can certainly offer some things he'd be looking for - maybe not challenging for the biggest trophies (e.g. PL, CL) just yet but CL football, starting place etc.

Suarez cannot go on forever he turns 34 a year and 3 days from now and is increasingly injured (very badly atm) Messi is perhaps showing age too (not ready to call that outright yet) he is exactly 5 months younger than Suarez he is having (for hm) a pretty meh year toss Real in that Werner mix too Benzema is 33 in the first half of next season and Jovic has been a bust so far so they have basically shit for strikers if Benz goes down unless you think Mariano Díaz will explode out of nowhere, which is very doubtful as ZZ wants him gone, sold ZAPHOD2319

The Blues are exploring the possibility of signing the Uruguay international after he handed in a transfer request seeking to leave the club this month, despite his existing contract expiring at the end of the season. PSG want around £15million to allow him to depart but the greater problem for his suitors, who also include Atletico Madrid, is Cavani’s reluctance to take a wage cut from his current salary. Cavani earns in excess of £360,000-a-week and it is understood he wants a minimum 18-month contract. That works out at approximately £19m per season and added to a hefty signing-on fee, the total outlay could easily surpass £50m for a player who turns 33 next month. snip He simply has to take a wage cut. No team in Europe will pay him 360k a week Vesper

Plus if they sign Neymar, then going after Werner might seem highly unlikely. 3 hours ago, Vesper said: toss Real in that Werner mix too Benzema is 33 in the first half of next season and Jovic has been a bust so far so they have basically shit for strikers if Benz goes down unless you think Mariano Díaz will explode out of nowhere, which is very doubtful as ZZ wants him gone, sold Between Real and Barcelona, I see Real more of a possible destination for Werner but whether he is Real Madrid-crazy or fancies La Liga is another matter. Vesper 30,181
it might be utter bullshit, but Spanish media are claiming Werner has signed a pre-contract to move to the dippers in the summer https://eldesmarque.com/madrid/real-madrid/noticias/182681-klopp-se-lo-quita-a-florentino-perez-ultima-hora-adios-zidane-ed I am NOT putting my reputation on the line with this at all, but it does synch up with what Bild has been reporting in terms of his preference for Klopp and the scouser scum
NikkiCFC 8,322
Time to panic! Dembele with another goal and assist tonight. 6 goals and 3 assists in 5 games in 2020. Drop more money at Lyon. Vesper

The former two have transformed us from the worst midfield in top half to probably the best save for City. More solid windows like that and we're on the right track and early signs are good Lampard has a good judgement in transfers as the two big decisions he's had to make so far (retaining Kova and letting Luiz leave) have turned out to be masterstrokes. I couldn't disagree more about our midfield! Imho it's absolutely killing us, both defensively and offensively. Having 70% possession and making a 1001 passes in the middle of the pitch is meaningless. Honestly, what the hell did Kovacic and Kante bring to the team tonight? It's sad to see the once mighty Kante looking like a journeyman player these days.

I love that guy so much, but he should really look for a new club where they could use him in the right way. Kovacic is not a goal threat, he is there to have a better possession. RLC and Barkley are ours best two midfielders and i hope Ruben will be the same player as he was before injury. Regarding the transfers we should definitely buy a striker, cause Tammy is really not the one.
Henrique 9,133
Just get Cavani and pay him whatever he is asking for. Nicco
Myers 4
The best scenario would be if we bought a striker who could be a number 1 and just make Tammy a decent sub. That way Tammy would be unhappy with his playing time, and hopefully some Premier League club would buy him for 50 milion. What a job would that be.
