Chelsea Transfers

Over 125m for trash players who are not even our second team like Felix, Carney, Broja, Ugo and KDH... Wow.

United put on market Rashford, Antony, Garnacho and Sancho and all they can get is 30-40m from Chelsea 😄

Still many more to be sold or go on loan. Disasi, Chilwell, Gilchrist, Veiga, Anselmino, Kellyman, Sterling, George, Fofana, Nkunku, Jackson.

Sesko close to Newcastle

It's looking that way and it's a domino effect as if Sesko goes to Newcastle Isak without doubt goes to Liverpool as Newcastle cannot afford to pay 80ME for Sesko without getting funds from a transfer

€90m for Sesko is mental. This dude didn’t even tear it up in a league where we saw Werner and Nkunku put up awesome numbers. He has massive flop written all over him at that price.

Would be pretty funny to watch United flail around and try to scramble for a different striker if Šeško goes to Newcastle, though.

Delap is a better striker than Sesko... and we got him for 30 mil...

Completely agree. Even if I was offered both for the same price I’d rather have Delap.

We’re going to end up paying about the same for both Delap and Pedro as Sesko is going to go for.

Sterling and Chilly will almost surely be deadline day desperation loans somewhere with us covering most of their wages, sadly. I can’t see anyone buying them with their wages. If they were on more modest wages I think they’d already be long gone.

yes, we perhaps lost a monster player when Pool poached him away from us

Yep, but this keeps happening. Lot of youngsters know Chelsea have great youth facilities but when it comes to signing a professional contract, they look elsewhere - Musiala, Livramento few years ago.

Agree with this. All of the striker market except for Isak look like dice rolls and could easily flop. Going for Delap and Pedro was one of the best possible outcomes we could aim for in this window

I don't know which person in the CFC organisation is responsible for adding the final authorising signature to player contracts. Whoever it is should keep framed portraits of these two on their desk.

I feel like it’s just slightly risky to sell Jackson now that Guiu is going out on loan. A long, grueling campaign with only 2 strikers could be tricky, though we definitely have enough attacking mids to play a strikerless system if necessary.

We certainly will need a third specialist centre forward in the squad. If Nico's pride/ambition prevents him accepting that role, or the club prefers to transfer him because they don't want to allocate his level of salary to that role, then who is next up from the current squad? I'm not convinced that any of the younger players has looked ready.
