absolute madness we did not buy Giorgi Mamardashvili last summer

he is the best keeper at the Euros IMHO, was a monster today

a 1.97m tower, so good in the air, with good feet/passing

superb reflexes

Diogo Costa looks like a dwarf next to him (11 cms shorter) and Costa had a sort of meh game, including his passing

Ramano claimed last night that Mamardashvili will be available this window. Assuming that's true, he will presumably prefer a Champions League club if he can find one that; suits him, needs a keeper, and is able to spend on one. Maybe we could convince him that our Champions League absence is just temporary, and remind him, that if he joined, he'd be playing in the club world cup next summer.

Is there a GK role available at a major team? Real have Courtois back. Inter signed the Genoa keeper.

Unlike outfielders, there's a smaller market for GKs.

I don't know if he will work out but really like the look of Aaron Anselmino. Worth taking the risk even at 15-20m

Of all the youngster deals, I like Kendry Paez (think he could be huge) and Aaron.

archie gray is a baller, get him in

Yeah I'd take him before Hall, least he has a lot of upswing, Hall has none, a championship player.

i probably would too but hall is already a clear upgrade on gallagher , he has 2 premier league seasons under his belt

and should include a buyback clause

how many buy backs are actually used in the Premier league though?

If Hutchinson wants to play for us and if he's in Maresca's plans, we shouldn't be selling him at all.   But if he's not keen on being a bit part/squad player next season, good luck to him and hopefully we get a decent sell-on clause.

Dewsbury-Hall is a weird target but I guess I can kind of see the logic, if we can sell Gallagher for decent money (£45m+) and get Deswbury-Hall for £25m it is immensely helpful for the books. He would not be an exciting signing but he has just had a good season, knows the system and I can see an argument that he will look like an even better player with a better team around him.

Definitely feels like a move old Chelsea would make more than new Chelsea though.
