Gundalf 806
If we get Vlahovic I can guarantee you that we will be here in exactly one year discussing that we need to get rid of him but we cant bc of his high wages 🤣 Getting rid or a problem by adding another problem + paying 30m for that doesnt seem very clever. If we pay him what Juve pays him he will be our 3rd highest earner. 11m isnt low, only a few clubs can pay this. To Saudi? Like we can shift Lukaku to Saudi? DH1988 1,352
For the life of me I cannot understand looking at a striker that has muscular problems in a league that is nowhere near as intense as the EPL.. How does he even pass a detailed medical?
Thor 2,745
A straight swap should be the only acceptable deal. Lukaku has been better than Dusan the last 4 seasons.
whats happening 1,633
even if he doesnt work out here, we can always sell him for the fee we are paying to juve. on top of that, we are getting rid of trashkakus enormous wages. a forward with vlahovics potential are not going for 40-50m euros in todays world. NikkiCFC 8,369
Ramos new PSG striker. 80m. Plus Dembele, Ugarte, Hernandez and Skriniar. Very good window so far. If they take pride aside and use Mbappe next season they may finally have a chance in CL. Edited August 3, 2023 by NikkiCFC

Once Kane goes to Bayern, Spurs will need a striker as well. What's left for them? Only Muani.

Doubt Spuds could afford Kolo Muani even with the Kane money since they need reinforcements in other areas badly too.
Gundalf 806
Spurs will try to do what we did with the Jackson transfer.

Maddison behind. Son and Kolusevski wingers. They just got new GK, CB, left back and DM talents back from loans. Porro is new... They did reinforcement. Blue Armour 4,459
I said it before. This administration is on course to screw the Poch if they don't give him the central midfield he needs before the start of the season Before anyone accuses me of being a negative nancy who just throws shade at every move the club makes, I'll say two things. I accept the club has made a lot of good moves this window with smart buys like Jackson and Santos., and moving on deadwood But, as with everything they have done in the past season, when they try to undo mistakes, they overcompensate in the opposite extreme. They got burnt with big money signings last year, so now they want to drag their feet with the midfield replacements for our departed senior players. I'm not going to even mention the potential Vlahovic move here, because it's idle paper talk at this point. But that's definitely not a move we should be considering. All this is going to undermine any good work that Poch does.
Pizy 18,985
Enzo was really rounding into form controlling that match and pulling the strings. Get Caicedo next to him and we will be a true force. Pay the fucking money! I was vehemently against silly money for him earlier in the window but it’s urgent now. He can be the difference between top 4 or not. Vesper 30,270
https://theathletic.com/live-blogs/transfer-news-live-updates/Rf4eM6sJAjbq/70dD4t7o84jy/ Chelsea could face competition in their pursuit of Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo. Brighton claim they have received a bid, from an as yet unidentified club, that surpasses Chelsea's most recent offer for the 21-year-old Ecuador international worth a total of £80million. They are intent on holding out for their asking price and won't budge on comparing Caicedo's value to that of England midfielder Declan Rice, who moved to Arsenal from West Ham in a £105m deal. Brighton previously rebuffed approaches from Chelsea and Arsenal in January. Chelsea are considering alternative options should a move for Caicedo not materialise, including Liverpool target Romeo Lavia of Southampton. Vesper 30,270
so, fuck, assuming that bid was around £90m, the cunts really are holding out for around £100m arfffffffffffffffffffff
Vesper 30,270
cannot believe we are not trying to prise away Barella from Inter surely they would take €90m (£77m) no way Caicedo is £23m better Edited August 3, 2023 by Vesper
NikkiCFC 8,369
Now it's only about pride or whatever. It's not about money. If we are ready to pay 80m we can easily pay 100m. That difference is nothing. Blue Armour
TheHulk 2,507
Pay for Caicedo and complete the midfield.
