DD Fofana seemed like a puzzling buy the moment it emerged we were after him. Like some people at the club thought they were unearthing some gem that would turn into a worldie or something.

I had a some hopes he might be a decent player, but apparently he was not good enough to even get pitch time in the middle of a shithole of a disasterclass season

he seemed to have some swagger about him, and is a really good athlete, but it looks like he is not able to translate that to the game, at least arm

I think some of us got caught up with a mythology that he might spring out, a la Botticelli's Venus, from a clamshell like a baby Drogba

as DDF was also from Côte d'Ivoire

DDF should have scored here (and he does look a badass striker physically)

Look at this motherfuckers. They target Reece James, because their favorite white english player they thought he was the future Chelsea captain turned out to be a snake and said fuck you to them. Now they attack a player who sign a new 8 year deal, as a final defence of the boy who left for money.

I hate this cunts

So is Strasbourg going to be our Vitesse basically? A place where we can send a bunch of our young players to get experience at a high level?

Think of Strasbourg as our feeder club, the will be buying the Santos or Cacadai type players, instead of Chelsea buying them sent on loan, they will go straight to Strasbourg.

‘Exciting stuff quite frankly.

If Inter are THAT bad off financially why are we not going SUPER hard at Barella? And even Onana?

If Milan can be forced to sell their life long Milan fan golden boy Tonali because they need the money then surely Inter aren’t in a position to say no to a huge offer for their midfielder?

Inter wanted to play on our desperation and the fact that we spent a lot of money last year.

I believe that if it was last year we would have spent a lot of money on onana, but now that it is no longer just todd making decisions we already see different decisions.

that's why they wanted lukaku's loan plus 80 million for onana.
they want to make us look like donkeys

Literally one of the last acts of the Roman reign was failing to convince two key defenders to stay.

Rudiger sealed his departure after Roman's days were numbered and the club was sanctioned. Same with Christenesen.

It was Marinas fault for letting it drag out, but the turmoil around the club nailed it.

I think Rudi's departure was inevitable much like Hazard's. He reached his against-the-odds peak under TT, had once in lifetime chance to capitalize on it and, as you say, Roman's situation only sealed it.

If we consider Christensen "key defender" it only emphasize inability of Marina's board to sort out defense situation FOR YEARS back then

Move to Manchester to be with best friend.

It is reported that he currently prefers Arsenal move. Interestingly earlier, bookies made him favourite to join City, however now they have put Arsenal front of queue again...
