NikkiCFC 8,516
So if everything goes as planned we did full attack reinforcement. Six players in: Garnacho, Gittens, Delap, Pedro, Estevao and Simons. Seven players out: Jackson, Nkunku, Madueke, Sancho, George and Guiu loan and Mudryk is practically done. In terms of numbers similar but huge improvement in quality. We are just keeping best ones in Palmer and Neto. Absolutely great strategy. In fact, we could afford for example Garnacho and Gittens to be flops and it wouldn't matter. We can still play Neto or Simons there. So Garnacho for 30-40m is really not a big deal. I mean, we paid over 30m for Badiashile and he is 3rd option for LCB behind Colwill and Hato. It could be similar here. mkh 764
Simons and Garnacho are SEPERATE topics. It’s not either, it’s both; Chelsea want both players, let’s see what happens, I’m not the one taking care of talks so let’s wait. Chelsea are working on BOTH DEALS. Pizy 19,288
Fabrizio more or less saying that the holdup in the Simons deal (and probably Garnacho as well) is that we are trying to sell/loan some attacking players first. mkh

mkh 764
⚪️🔴Real Madrid and Atlético de Madrid are both interested in securing the signing of António Silva. (LuisCoelho51) The options for center backs are getting fewer and fewer. Chelsea needs to act fast!!! The alternatives for central defenders are becoming increasingly limited. Chelsea must act quickly. -Ilya Zabarnyi is joining PSG. -Joel Ordóñez is joining Marseille. -Tomás Araújo will not be coming after the drama surrounding Felix's transfer to Benfica Rui Costa!!! -Jarrad Branthwaite has just extended his contract until 2030. -Alessandro Bastoni unfortunately unlikely -António Silva will unfortunately not be coming either after the drama surrounding Felix's transfer to Benfica Rui Costa!!! These players are still available: -Piero Hincapié -Diomande -Marc Guehi -Castello Lukeba is constantly injured and extremely expensive. -Loïc Badé -Giorgio Scalvini had a bad injury and missed almost the entire season. -Zeno Debast -Yann Bisseck -Gonçalo Inácio -Bremer was also injured for almost the entire season. Unless he has been an absolute idiot with his money this means, among other things, that he has set himself up for life before reaching the age of 28. Not every footballer earns an international cap. Not every man becomes a millionaire. Dom has achieved both. His move to Liverpool has worked out brilliantly for him. He is another Cobham success story, Over the course of two years, he made 27 appearances for Liverpool but only managed one goal. After a poor start to his Premiership career, he has undoubtedly succeeded in establishing himself. But let's not forget that before making the move, he appeared to have the world at his feet after winning the Golden Ball at the U-20 World Cup in 2017. In the eight years since, he has only made three appearances for the national team. He only turns 28 in September, so time is just about still on his side, but at this point, I think most people who saw him breakthrough at the academy or after his exploits at said WC would say they were hoping for more from him. However, I do agree that he's still a Cobham success story, though. Every player who makes a name for themselves in Europe's major leagues should be seen as one. I'd actually also buy a Scottish club...SPL is (at best) basically 2nd tier in England standard but be a decent physical test and weather sorts out the men from the boys.
