And that's without including the likes of Carney, Casadei, or Santos. I cannot remember a team making it to top 4 with such a young midfield. We need experience. We sort of really are playing real life FM which pretty much no other club is doing, replacing basically the whole squad. It could work but it would almost definitely work better with some experience mixed in. What we do know from loads of people that became top pros and won everything is that they speak a lot about the importance of the older, experienced heads around them before they hit their prime.
