I think they would demand 100m at first but settle at 50 in principle 

but having said that they won’t sell their main asset this late in the window

it is simple how/why so many teams (Pool, Bayern, etc) are being linked with Chiesa

keeping Mbappe listed as a CF

starting in 2022/23, theses are the ONLY truly elite wingers left atm who are under 30 years old

everyone in bold (except Sane I think)  has also been linked to us, although I cannot see us buying or being allowed to buy Sterling

btw, I did not include Ousmane Dembélé (I remain unconvinced) or any Chels players (as we already have Puli and I am not ready to list him as elite yet), and Hirving Lozano just misses my cutoff (although he would be a great buy for us IMHO)

so it really is just Chiesa and Grealish in the top of the top winger group who are actually available to us, thus the inevitable stories (made up or not)
