The board is right this time, Lampard is a gullible self proclaimed nationalist no other reason why guys like Zakaria or natural centre backs like Upamecano aren't mentioned. Instead we get talked about an average England player who Lampard wants to convert into a CB. Same thing can be said about Chilwell but gave him the benefit of the doubt in that one because there were no other alternatives considering the Reguilon buy back option.

With respect. Fuck off

Please chill. Please chill...

Unlike other deals we've done like Havertz or Chilwell that were super complicated, Mendy seems like he'd be the most straightforward one to complete and yet we get conflicting reports daily. There's probably some truth in the reporting that Rennes know we're utterly desperate and are playing hardball with the price. We'll probably end up having to pay closer to 30m than the 20m that was initially reported.

Just hope he's in goal for the next match after Liverpool so he can quickly get acclimated to the team and league.

Rennes seems to be trying everything in the negotiations with Chelsea. The club are trying to include not 1 but 2 Chelsea players. They want Tomori and Giroud.

What kinda world-beater do they think Mendy is

Wrong translation.. "Tomori and another player that is NOT Giroud".
