Heard a serie A correspondent on talksport the other day talking about spurs going for piatek and he said that he is still an excellent striker but the whole Milan side have underperformed this season which has effected him. I've no idea myself if that's fair or not but as I said earlier if he can return to what he was last season it's a good move

For me it's Cavani or nobody. Don't settle for a mediocre striker just for the hell of it and then we're stuck with them. We don't need another average squad player.

I agree. Could do with a loan, but if Milan want to only sell Piatek I say we walk away.

If Cavani falls through, we need to keep Giroud. Lampard must also have the responsibility of utilising him more.

Are we talking with him or his agent? These rumors are impossible to know who is really doing what?

i dont think there is anything in the Chelsea rumours to be honest.

I think Spurs will agree something by tomorrow night myself

All that hype a month or two ago about us potentially bringing in as many as 4 players this window. Top players as well.

Nearly deadline day and we're likely to sign no one. We better have one hell of a summer window or our fans will go mad. Frank's job will actually be on the line next season unlike this one. So we damn sure better make signings that will at least let us compete for the title. Otherwise we would be hanging him out to dry.

Just seen the piece by Matt Law. If what he says is correct and Jovic is indeed available on loan, the club should be all over him unless Lamps wants someone good in the air(which makes no sense considering he doesn't like Giroud).

Jovic was a beast in the air at Frankfurt

great header
