Chelsea are delaying bringing Nathan Ake back to the club until they can offload on Andreas Christensen from their wage bill.

 

I still think we don`t need  Nathan Ake  cuz  Tomori < > Ake , Zouma <> Ake  and Rudiger > Ake .

Midfielders, especially young and unproven ones, are really the last thing we need at the moment. Say what we want about Barkley but he's just now back from injury and Lamps clearly rates him. RLC to come back as well. We have no room for anyone else.

Ake is better than Zouma and Tomori by far. 

Also is this going to be an issue? 

Christensen 1.88cm out - Ake 180cm in. 

Alonso 1.88cm out - new LB most likely below 1.80cm in.

We agreed personal terms with Dembele I hear. 

Tbh that Lyon statement is typical "let's save ourselves in front of fans" move. They basically put the ball in Dembele's court so when he asks to leave they will put the blame on him.
