In fact, it's beyond ridiculous. We've reportedly been at the same stage of negotiating for weeks. Nearly 2 weeks since their season ended. Nearly 2 weeks since their season ended. you do realize this is the largest transfer in chelsea history right? somewhere around €100M, that is a huge amount of money to spend for any club so naturally you would take your time to get the best deal, and yes, often times that means meeting to negotiate every week for several weeks on the bounce...
