What you need is two box to box midfielders that are as good defensively as they are offensive. That's the point of having three cms. To control the centre. We play with a dm and two Attacking mids. Mount can continue to adapt to that box to box role but he's not there yet. Barkley and RLC will never play this role. They are made for a 4231.
