As a whole, we gave the ball away repeatedly with stupid, sloppy passes. We simply struggle with teams that have a high work rate and intensity. Have all season long. No manager in the world can make this dross better than it is at the moment. Sarri has his issues but its been almost 4 seasons of mediocrity with this group of players. They are playing with 5 defenders and 3 defensive midfielders. that is vintage Mourinho/Conte negativity or even worse than that. Really poor that we even conceded vs such a negative side in the first place but we have not had any trouble unlocking them. Even if we get a deferral, I so do NOT have confidence we can sort the team in the 5 weeks that the window is open.
