Nope. Juve are just confirming he has rejoined Real Madrid for that price. I thought it was already confirmed but anyway that is all it is. Juve confirming his 2 year spell has come to an end.

Juventus have confirmed the buyback so he is now officially 100% Madrid's player.  If they're going to negotiate a sale to the EPL, itll be from now

Marca I think used to be, maybe still are, very close to Real Madrid and almost used as a mouthpiece.  If Morata does join, I will be convinced Costa is off.
