My concern is it seems a few of our managers have had a toxic relationship with those in the board.. Something definitely ain't right there and even if he goes they'll still be issues. 

That really need to give managers short term contracts cause this cost a lot surely every few years or so

I really don't want Conte anymore, not that he isn't a top manager or I'm not appreciative of him. I really did think he was the guy to lead this team. He really has jeopardized his position at the club, with constant moaning about transfers, that isn't healthy for the players as well, that the manager doesn't think that they are good enough. And this is topped by his reluctance to change players. I get the point no backup is available for bakayoko, but is their any excuse in this world for playing Cahill again and again? I don't know who'll replace him, I don't know how he'll perform, but I do think the club is only moving in one direction right now - Downward

The majority of Chelsea fans are exactly like Abramovich. Want instant success, no matter how good the manager may be. If they have one poor (which this season isn’t even that poor) season, they want the manager to go. And the cycle restarts.

Conte's head is already not in this club it seems. He obviously doesn't want to be here and he is not focused at all.

I don't think any manager with self respect would consider working with our con man and his board anymore. Be ready for very tough years ahead.

When did he moan about transfers? ...He clearly said that is not his job and the decisions are taken by the club....

Conte's moaning is blown out of the proportions. Most of the times he just says that he needs to do the best with what we have. But no, of course people will remember only those 2 times when he said that we should do "the right moves in the market", and so on.

Most of those times were in summer. And in summer he had EVERY RIGHT to moan a bit. For Christ's sake, we only changed Matić and Costa with unproven players and waited to the deadline day to buy two more shit players. If that wasn't enough of reason to moan a bit, I don't know what is.

Also, last season we have played good football. It wasn't the best, but considering what we have, it was really solid and compact. Best what we played since 2010 I would say. We could play at least like that again, but our squad got filled with unproven players, and got roasted by injuries.

Not being funny, but Mourinho and Conte's style of football is done in this league I think. Attacking teams are now taking over as the dominant styles in the league, the more defensive oriented are losing steam. We need an attacking style with the players we have, not a defensive one.
