Special 59
He lost 5-0 to Real Madrid in CL semi-final and all he was doing during the match was rubbing his head after every goal his team received.Next year before the semi-final match he said: "Messi is unstoppable" and while Bayern was losing 1-5 this was the scene Bayern fans had to watch: He doesn't deserve to be Chelsea FC's coach. RoyalBlues 4,050
If Hiddink want to stay at the end of the season, I'm going all in for him as permanent obviously. If not, and in case Jose go to Manure, my evil heart want to see we go for Guardiola. Guardiola will try to proved it he could do much better than Jose in here lately with all his might.
DYC. 7,542
ChelseaIt's almost forgotten now, but when Jose Mourinho, the self-proclaimed "Happy One," returned to Stamford Bridge in 2013, he found that all the furniture had been rearranged by owner Roman Abramovich in anticipation of another co-habitant. The squad list then was a thinly disguised love letter to Guardiola, drafted to entice the Catalan to West London. But it was Mourinho who ended up in charge of a side that had become much more technical, with more flair players, since his departure six years earlier.Elements of Chelsea's current malaise can be traced back to that mismatch. Mourinho has always preferred soldiers to artists. Even though the Blues won the Premier League without breaking into much of a sweat last season, this campaign has seen the worst of both worlds. Creative players such as Eden Hazard and Cesc Fabregas have underperformed dramatically, and the much more physical threat of Nemanja Matic, Diego Costa and co has been greatly diminished, too. Chelsea, on the whole, are low on inspiration.Mourinho has now paid the price for a disastrous season with Guus Hiddink arriving until the end of the season, but there's seemingly little to attract Guardiola to the job. The squad need loads of work, Chelsea might soon be playing their home games at the cold and corporate Wembley, and the supporters would continue to sing the praises of Mourinho, his arch enemy, at the merest hint of a defeat. Add a volatile owner and no Champions League for next season (unless they win the current edition, which is very unlikely), and what you have is not exactly a compelling proposition.Chances of Guardiola taking over Chelsea in 2016: Bit of a long shot.Manchester CityIn the spring of this year, sources close to owner Sheikh Mansour revealed that Guardiola had agreed to take over from current manager Manuel Pellegrini at the start of the 2015/16 season. Guardiola, however, stayed in Munich, and Pellegrini's contract was renewed for another year. The "Guardiola to Man City" rumour kicked into high gear again this autumn, with a slight change of starting date (2016/17) amid reports of contracts being signed. There's no doubt that Guardiola enjoys an excellent working relationship with Txiki Begiristain and Ferran Soriano, the former Barcelona officials now occupying the roles of director of football and CEO, respectively, at the Etihad. And there's no doubt that both of them have been trying hard to lure him to Man City. What's far less clear is the question of any firm agreement being in place. What's more, seasoned Guardiola watchers in Spain talk of his capriciousness and note that he has disappointed associates with last-minute changes of plan before. That said, the combination of a weak incumbent coach, vast resources to create a second Barcelona and people he trusts at board level, still makes City the most realistic prospect. The squad, centre-backs aside, has been significantly rejuvenated and refreshed this summer, and Guardiola's presence would not only provide a huge upgrade on existing and former managers but also add a significant amount of star dust that neither Roberto Mancini nor Pellegrini possesses. Getting Guardiola is seen as a short cut to becoming an elite club, both in terms of perception and output, which explains why City are pushing so hard.Chances of Guardiola taking over Manchester City in 2016: His most realistic next destination.http://www.espnfc.com/club/bayern-munich/132/blog/post/2758099/pep-guardiola-heading-to-man-city-man-utd-or-arsenalMakes sense. OneMoSalah 8,886
I cant see us getting him.I was listening to BBC 5 Live and that Spanish football expert Graham Hunter was saying that Pep was very close to signing for Man United during his playing days and having gone to Old Trafford to manage teams playing against United, he feels United would be very much the ideal club for him to go to. He also said that Pep wants to manage Brazil at the World Cup in Qatar. I generally do think he sees Man Utd as his perfect club, as they are (lets be honest) similar to Barcelona and Bayern with their world wide reputation as a super club, the history all three clubs have and also the traditions they have regarding good football and the use of their academies. If we got him though I would be delighted but I think that ship has sailed. Stingray 9,441
time will tell, let's see our next match this Saturday mate... You and some others believe it's the manager, time will tell if we loose again your point is invalid. If we win then it's the players and they wanted Mourinho out.But that is quite the catch22. If we lose its because the players are the shit ones, if we win it is because they wanted Mou out. Either way, Mou wins and the players lose. Im betting on another thing: Mou knew he was getting the sack soon and injected the 'traitors' story. That way, he could never lose in the opinion of fans. If they sack him, he wins . If he already knew he would be sacked: double win because then its the players. If his head wasn't on the chopping board already, he secured what might happen anyway. Clever, clever, psychopath Mou. Nicely done, communication wise.

Fulham Broadway 17,312
Great move for Citeh, current players will have to up their game and an attraction for the great players to gravitate towards the Etihad. Compare that to our situation...

As i see it we already fell well behind the pack last summer, this summer we can recover some ground, but City will still be on top. I will be curious to see where we are in the 2017/18 season.
