Lukaz 19
How would you rate him on the ball? His passing range, vision, composure and dribbling ability? He is not a dribbler itself, but can surpass players with his technique but he doesn't do that a lot he use passes to move forward with the ball and without it. Hazard can dribble 2 or 3 player and make a cross to the area, if needed Aranguiz will appear to make the cross to the area.PASSING: he is good in passing, he doesn´t risk the ball, he won't make fantasy passes, and is not as talented as Cesc in this area, but is more than capable to left Costa or any other player alone into the area to shoot or to create spaces..RANGE: if for range you mean how much field he can cover, well almost all the field, he is a box to box player, as I said he is not explosive but he can be close to the area and then appear to the other side without a problem. He will keep a constant rythm in to the match.VISSION: as I said before, he is a tactician, so he read the game well, usually he is aware of all his teammates, his range of passing is usually short and middle range but can launch long passes for counterattack.COMPOSURE: 5/5 he is not naive and at the beggining he must be lectured at how the refferees at Premier act, but I never saw him loss his composure, you hardly see any expression on his face during a match, fully concentrated all the time and have the mental strenght to compite everytime.DRIBBLING: he can dribble, but is not his best attribute, because he hardly needed due his style of play, Hazard like to surpass players with dribble, Aranguiz appear, dribble what he had to dribble if he had, and then move to the next position.STRENGHT: despite the size he is strongh enough to deal with bigger players. He can resist normal charges well, he know how to use his body to steal the ball and keep the rythm all the match. He is not a defensive midfielder like Mikel (keep him or buy a another specialist) but can be a good complement to Cesc, Matic and Hazzard.I hope this help and I know I flatterd him a lot but don't missunderstand he is not a World class player yet, but he can be. He is not the best in anything, however he is far above average in all the categories you asked me, but 1 or 1,5 steps behind WC players like Cesc or Hazzard. I believe Mourinho can push him in that direction because Aranguiz is smart and can glue defense and offense. in Chile we have Sanchez with his freak stamina and speed, Vidal with his crazy strengh and Aranguiz and his brain, he is not a flashy player if you have to create a phrase for him that would be something like: the job must be done. Lukaz 19
Chilean media is kinda joke tbh..they were so sure that Vidal was going to arse when there was actually no contact whatsoever lolthat rumour started from an argentinian journalist from Directv, and then Italy and England, the chilean media take the info from there. The new rumour about Vidal is Real Madrid, but I hope they are wrong.

Unionjack 7,531
The way I look at it is we lack creativity CM and all the vids Ive seen he looks a very clever lad. And tho he might not be the hardest guy on the pitch I think he suits our style of play.
Supermonkey92 1,428
I'm all for this. Would add multiple qualities we lack. His defensive contribution (not a deep CM though) will help win the ball back in big games. His intelligence will help keep it too. I actually look at him as in between matic and Fabregas in the type of player he is. Pogba? Better player. Aranguiz? Fits like a glove.
dimmas 131
How would you rate him on the ball? His passing range, vision, composure and dribbling ability?in short, he have the drive, energy, atheletism which ramires can offer, but with much better passing range and technique. Exactly what we looking forAbsolutely far far better than our Ramirez and MikelGoing through season with midfield of fabregas, matic, RLC, Aranguiz although still fine to keep mikel for 5th choice but Even only 4 midfielder like that, but this looks more promising exciting and efficient than still keep Mikel and ramires for another season which we can't relied to them except only just being cover Only concern is he probably make RLC have less appearance next season. But I think he could solve our problem in midfield for big matches. Which is very important and critical

Eidur the Spider 4,515
Chelsea are showing an interest in Internacional midfielder Charles Aranguiz who has also been watched by Manchester City, Arsenal, Marseille and Bayer Leverkusen. The 26-year-old was one of the stars of Chile's successful Copa America tournament. His club are reluctant to open talks until after their Copa Libertadores semi-final with Tigres.http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/article-3157487/Chelsea-monitoring-Internacional-midfielder-Charles-Aranguiz-Manchester-City-Arsenal-keeping-close-eye-Chilean.html
Tomo 21,751
I have read a lot of comments thinking in that he is a Mikel Replacement.... This guy is not a defensive midfielder. I see him being a back up of Cesc, even, they can play together. Charles is a guy that can clarify a lot the game from the midfield, a great conexion between defence and attack midfielders, allowing to Cesc play more advanced without the team lose game and that "First pass" in the double pivot as occur when plays Rambo..Sounds just what we need then. The CM in big games was a problem last year, with the priority being the league Jose brought Cesc and let Lamps/Luiz go and we flat track bullied our way to the title but lost the power we had in the big games the year before. If we played Matic-Cesc in big games the opposition targeted the latter's not so great defence game, if we played Matic-Mikel we were non existent going forward and Matic-Ramires the latter's lack of football intelligence always handicapped us.If he's exactly like you described him he would be a huge asset to us and should help us play better in big games. Also his goal record since 2011 is roughly one goal in five games if wiki isn't lying to me, which is a pretty handy return from CM if he can emulate that here. illmatic 901
For Sampaoli (Chile manager) the best Copa America's player was Charles Aránguiz. "For me, in the development of matches, it is Aránguiz. After reviewing all the matches again, having seen all the cup, all rivals, Aránguiz ended up being for me the best player of the cup "
