We've already done a variation of this. its basically 3-5-2 instead of 3 CB's I have Matic in the Libero role.

The fact that he's Italian leagues best dribbler is exciting, just like hazard is Premier leagues best. If he can dribble past people just half as much as Hazard, we're in for some proper chance creation from both sides of the wings.

His decision making is not on hazards level, but so was dimaria for Madrid in the rightwing and they scored goals at will, counter-attacking style.
